Description:
I studied abroad in Florence one summer between my junior and senior year of college, and I still remember how vivid the sunsets were there every single night. I wanted to capture that here. The view is from another bridge parallel from the famous Ponte Vecchio, the only bridge in Florence spared by Hitler from being bombed during WWII. You can see the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio in the distance, as well as the colors from the sunset reflecting in the windows of shops and buildings. It\'s that time of day where no one has yet turned on their street lights, and so everything is bathed in natural color from the setting sun.
